Instructions

    Stir in the curry paste and cook for a minute.

    Add coconut milk and bring to a simmer.

    Step 4: Add prawns and cook

    Add the prawns and cook until pink and cooked through.

    Step 5: Serve

    Scatter with the coriander and serve.
