For the marinade

Step 1: Prepare the marinade
The day before, mix the yogurt with the marinade ingredients. De-germ and mince the garlic cloves. Taste to check seasoning (salt, pepper, spices, herbs), but be aware it's very garlicky! Cut the chicken pieces to a medium size for skewering the next day. Mix, cover with film, and refrigerate.
For the tzatziki

Step 2: Prepare the tzatziki
15 minBefore your meal, grate and drain the cucumber with a little salt for 15 minutes, then press it. Mix all ingredients, including de-germed and minced garlic. Taste, adjust seasoning and herbs, and refrigerate to marinate.
For the skewers

Step 3: Cook the skewers
Skewer the marinated chicken pieces, making about 12 small skewers. Cook them on a plancha, BBQ, or pan until well grilled on the outside and cooked through.
For the Greek salad

Step 4: Prepare the Greek salad
At the last minute, cut the tomatoes and cucumber into large pieces, mix with olives and basil. Add the vinaigrette, mix well, and top with feta.

Serve with the base of tzatziki, Greek salad, pita bread or grilled potatoes, and enjoy.
